Have you ever felt you are trapped somewhere? Have you ever realized that you want to achieve something, but there is some external force that is holding you up? If your answer is a BIG NO, then I’m glad that you don’t have any idea what people like us are going through. But, if your answer is YES, then congratulations you are not alone. I’m also a part of this “TRAP FEELING.” And, like me, there are hundreds and thousands of people who are also going through a similar emotion.
I’m not writing any motivational post to help you get rid of this TRAP feeling. I’m pouring down my thoughts and if you feel you also have the similar one, do leave a comment or share it.
So, as per my research & observation on my behaviour. These are the following symptoms of this FEELING –
- Eating Disorder
- Mood Swings
- Showing off that everything is fine, but inside you are fucked up.
- Not able to express your thoughts
- Have a list of things to achieve. But, don’t know from where to start?
- No motivation in Life. Just living it.
- No productivity. No Zeal and No Enthu to start anything fresh.
I’m going through the same phase. But you know the solution to this is to fight with yourself. I know this is easy to say, but in reality, it’s like 1000 times even tougher to start. Every day I motivate myself and every day I fail. And, it’s entirely okay to be failure sometimes. I know I am having a hard time, but I’m sure one day I will wake up with no planned thoughts, and I will start the thing which I want to.

I would like to request you to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the question themselves… Don’t search for question right now which could not be given to you now because you would not be able to live them. And, the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way to the answer.
